Dr. Tendulkar is a board certified, fellowship-trained, orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from UCLA, and the went on to earn his medical degree from Ohio state University. He completed a surgical internship at Harbor-UCLA, one of the busiest trauma centers in Southern California. He then went on to orthopaedic surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center, which is consistently ranked as one of the top orthopaedic hospitals in the country. He then returned to Los Angeles for subspecialty training in surgical sports medicine at UCLA Medical Center. During that time, he served as an assistant team physician for the Los Angeles Lakers, UCLA Football, and UCLA Men’s Water Polo. His practice includes surgical and non-surgical treatment of sports-related musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative conditions of the knee and shoulder, and basic fracture care. Dr. Tendulkar is board certified with The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
