For the safety of our patients, staff and providers, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, please call the office and reschedule your appointment for at least 4 weeks out. Some providers will offer Telemedicine appointments when requested. We ask that any accompanying family, friends, drivers or other visitors wait in their car during your appointment. Our waiting room will be available for patients with appointments only. (exceptions: minors, interpreters or those needing assistance)
Masks Required:
Masks are required to enter our office. Also, all patients will undergo a series of screening questions on arrival. The entry screening is a series of questions regarding recent travel and symptoms. During the screening if you show any symptoms or signs you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
